A coffee tools catalogue is not a price list – it is a map of what one supplier can actually make, and the fastest way to tell a factory from a reseller. iKent’s catalogue runs in four sections – espresso, pour-over, canisters and gift sets – and every section sits on the same commercial terms: MOQ 100 pcs per model including custom logo, printed retail boxes from 500 pcs, and samples of existing models ready in 3–5 working days.

What does a coffee tools catalogue actually tell a buyer?
Three things, in about ten minutes: which categories the supplier makes itself, which finishes and logo processes it runs in-house, and what the commercial terms are behind the photography. A catalogue that lists six espresso tools under one brand mark is telling you those six share a plant, a finishing line and a packing bench – which is what lets you mix them in one shipment later.
The reverse is also true. If a supplier’s catalogue shows one strong category and four thin ones, the thin pages are usually bought in. Ask which items are made in-house before you build a range around them; the answer decides whether a re-order in six months will match the first one.
What sits in the espresso section?
Six items: tamper station, bottomless portafilter, puck screen, milk pitcher, dosing cup and magnetic funnel. The grouping matters commercially – all six are machined or formed in the same plant, so a buyer can take one tamper base size and one funnel size and still clear MOQ 100 pcs per model on each.
Specification-wise this section carries the most numbers. Bodies are 304 stainless steel or aluminium alloy depending on the part, tamper bases come in 51 / 53 / 58 / 58.5 mm with custom sizes on request, and finishes run mirror, matt, frosting or painting. If you are weighing up the funnel specifically, the magnetic dosing funnel guide covers the sizing in detail; for the distribution side of the same bench, see espresso distribution tools.
What belongs in the pour-over section?
Kettles, brewers and hand grinders – the slow, ritual end of the range. It is the section most private-label brands start with, because a kettle and a grinder photograph well together and the two share a finish. The grinders in this section run stainless steel conical burrs machined on 5-axis CNC, which is the detail that separates a grinder you can put your name on from one you cannot.
Pour-over is also where gift sets come from. A kettle, a grinder and a brewer in one box is a single SKU for the retailer and three for the factory, so the packing line – not the machining – is what sets the lead time.
Why is the canister section the one to read twice?
Because “airtight” is a claim, and only the specification behind it tells you whether the claim holds. On our canister page the headline reads Air-tight Design and Universal colours; the specification behind it is a 304 stainless steel body with a 1.0 mm wall, an opaque light-blocking wall, and a wooden lid with a silicone sealing ring.

Capacities in this section are named by matcha weight – 30 g, 50 g, 100 g, 400 g and 600 g – and the same body holds roasted beans, loose leaf tea and sugar with no change to the lid or the gasket. Current canisters have shipped to Japan, Thailand, Indonesia and Europe. If you are sizing one for powder rather than beans, start with can you use a coffee canister for matcha.
What MOQ and lead times sit behind a catalogue?
The same numbers apply across every section, which is the point of buying from one catalogue rather than five suppliers. MOQ is 100 pcs per model and does not rise when you add a logo; printed retail boxes start at 500 pcs; existing models are sampled in 3–5 working days; production runs 30 days for standard orders and 45 days once a custom logo, colour or packaging is involved.

How do you turn a catalogue into a product line?
Pick one anchor SKU per section, then standardise the finish across all of them. Three SKUs in the same finish read as a range; the same three in three different finishes read as leftover stock. Standardising also consolidates your volumes onto one finishing line, which is where the 45-day custom lead time gets shorter in practice.
The one decision to make early is colour. On a deep painted finish, laser marking burns through the coating and shows the steel underneath as a lighter mark, so dark colours are silkscreened instead, or laser-marked before coating. That adds a step and a week to the first run – not a problem if you plan it, and a missed launch date if you find out after the samples are approved. Finishes, logos and packaging are covered in coffee tools branding.
Frequently asked questions
Can I order one item from each section, or does a shipment have to be one category?
You can mix. MOQ is 100 pcs per model, not per order, so six models across four sections is six times 100 pcs in one shipment. What you cannot mix is the finish – each colourway is its own production run.
Does the MOQ go up when I add my logo?
No. Custom logo versions carry the same 100 pcs per model. The step up is packaging: printed retail boxes start at 500 pcs, below that you get white or plain gift boxes.
Can you laser-mark a black or painted surface?
Not directly. Laser marking burns through the coating and exposes the steel underneath as a lighter mark. Dark and painted finishes are silkscreened, or marked before coating, which adds a step to the first run.
Do you ship straight to Amazon FBA?
Yes – FNSKU labelling, carton marking and delivery appointment are part of the shipping scope, and orders move by express, air or sea door-to-door.
Is the catalogue the full range?
It is the current selection across the four sections; the site carries 155 product pages in total. The coffee tools catalogue PDF is the version to circulate internally, and anything not on it can still be quoted from an existing tool.
